Tim Howe, Home Inspector

Tim has been involved in quality control, inspection, construction, and technical report writing for more than 30 years. He is a licensed Alabama Home Inspector, License #0928.
He has passed the National Home Inspectors Examination, attended basic Home Inspector Training, is a certified Fema Disaster Inspector, a certified Energy Auditor, a past American Society for Home inspectors (ASHI) certified inspector, a past National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) certified inspector, and is currently a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Tim exceeds the minimum yearly continuing education requirements of the Alabama Division of Construction Management.

Mike has more than 30 years of experience in sales and customer service. He has passed the basic Home Inspectors course, is a certified Fema Disaster Inspector, and is a certified Energy Auditor. Mike will help you schedule your inspection, and will assist the inspector during the inspection, helping to streamline our on-site process.
